Practical Nursing (PN) to Registered Nursing (RN) Pathway Course

General Information

A licensed practical nurse (LPN) who holds current unrestricted licensure may apply to be part of the three-semester course of study which leads to an Associate Degree in Nursing and eligibility to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for registered nursing. Pre-requisite coursework is required prior to entry. Advanced Placement is granted to the LPN for prior specialized training and LPN licensures.
