Work Request Process
The Technical Services (TS) Department assigns tasks and projects to our personnel based on requests submitted to the email@example.com email address. Requestors can view their open requests and track progress via an internal (on-campus-only) site. To access the site, use your network ID and password. Remember, this site can only be accessed while on the main campus or the Rockbridge campus.
The Help Desk also maintains a Knowledge Base of many processes. The Knowledge Base is also found on on the above site.
In the case of an emergency or work of a critical nature, please call us at ext. 2911.
