Friday Evening Exam during normal class time

Multiple section classes may schedule one final examination from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 12/11/12 or Thursday, 12/13/12. Rooms for multiple section exams must be reserved through the Division Offices. It will be the responsibility of the instructor in scheduling a multiple section exam to ensure that all students understand the time and place for the exam. If this schedule causes a student to have three or more exams in one day, he/she should request individual modifications.

Instructors should make provisions for high school students taking college classes to take their final exam on one of the multiple section exam days during a time that will not conflict with a regularly scheduled high school class.

Exams will be held in the same classroom that the regular lecture class meets, unless a multiple section exam has been scheduled for that particular class. Instructors of classes that meet Monday/Wednesday may select a MWF class slot; Monday through Friday classes, a MWF or TR class slot.

Faculty should contact the offices of the Division of Arts and Sciences or the Division of Occupational/Technical and Allied health Programs to reserve a classroom for classes that do not fit the above categories. Any exceptions to the above schedule must be approved by the Dean of Arts and Sciences or the Dean of Occupational/Technical and Allied Health Programs.
