Tools, Equipment and Supplies

Students may be required to purchase special items for selected courses, such as:

•   clipboard

•   sturdy shoes 

•   rain gear for outdoor labs and field trips

•   compass (Recommended brands SILVA Ranger Compass or SUUNTO Navigator MC-2)

•   steel-toed shoes

•   logger's tape (Recommended brand Spencer Combination)

•   hard hat

•   hearing protection

•   chaps

It is recommended that students wait until the course(s) begin and/or get instructions from the instructor before making any purchase.
