About Me.....

I graduated from the DSLCC Nursing Program in 2000. I received my BSN from Old Dominion in 2003 and MSN from the University of Phoenix in 2010. 

I have a variety of work experiences:

  • MedSurg
  • Emergency Department
  • NeuroScience
  • Adjunct Instructor at DSLCC since 2004

I am a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. My role here at DSLCC includes that of the Nursing Student Association Faculty Advisor. I am a resource for the NSA and encourage participation in Community Outreach projects, the Virginia Nursing Student Association and the National Student Nursing Association.
