Library Testing Center
DSLCC library’s testing center is now a member of the National College Testing Association. Beginning Fall 2011, all proctor tests must be requested by faculty using the Faculty Test Request Form.
Attached you will find faculty and student guidelines and forms for testing in the library’s testing center. Please review these documents before requesting test proctoring services. Students need to be made aware of the new guidelines . The guidelines and forms will be posted to the library’s webpage. The Test Cover Sheet will be used by library staff to track student testing. Faculty are not responsible for the Test Cover sheet, only the Faculty Test Request form.
Additionally, testing center will operate under specific hours of operation. Testing center hours of operation will be posted to the library webpage.
A staff member will visually proctor all testing within the testing center. All guidelines will be strictly adhered to .
