Welcome to the Business Office.  The Business Office provides courteous support services for the college community in the areas of procurement, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, cashiering, payroll, benefits administration, inventory, budgeting, auxiliary enterprises and accounting services with appropriate internal controls to ensure that all sources of funds--federal, state and local--are properly accounted.

All cash collections and distributions are subject to audit by the Virginia Auditor of Public Accounts, Virginia Department of Accounts, Virginia Community College system's Internal Audit Staff, and the U. S. Department of Education's Federal Audit Staff.

All procurements are open to the same audit staff and the Virginia Division of Purchases and Supply and must meet the guidelines set forth by the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
