Marketing and Recruitment
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Marketing and Recruiting Office is located in the Office of the President in Backels Hall on the main campus. This office is responsible for developing, producing and scheduling the release of media to promote the College and disseminate information to the public. Normal hours of operation are 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Mondays through Thursdays and 8:00 am- 3:30 pm Fridays. Summer hours may vary. Visitors are welcome at any time, but are encouraged to call ahead to be certain that the staff is available to meet with you.

CAMPUS VISITS
The College is pleased to have visitors on campus. Individuals may want to tour the campus and learn about the outstanding programs, services and facilities that Dabney S. Lancaster Community College offers. Prospective students are encouraged to bring their families and/or friends. Arrangements can be made to visit at a convenient time.
School and community groups are also invited and encouraged to visit DSLCC. Arrangements can be made to hear presentations about specific programs of study, tour the campus and/or receive a general overview about the College. Call 540/863-2819.
ROCKBRIDGE REGIONAL CENTER
The College’s Rockbridge Regional Center is located in Rockbridge County near the city of Lexington on Route 11 (North Lee Highway) about ¼ mile north of the East Lexington Bridge. The Center is on the lower level of one of three buildings located in a complex known as Magnolia Square. Information about the hours of operation, credit and non-credit courses, and student support services at the Center may be obtained by calling the staff at 540/463-6673 or via email to the Director at tcottrill@dslcc.edu.
GREENFIELD CENTER FOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Dabney S. Lancaster Community College and Virginia Western Community College jointly operate the Greenfield Center for Education and Training. This Center is located on US Route 220, approximately 3 miles north of Interstate 81 at the Daleville/Troutville interchange and approximately 5 miles south of Fincastle. At Greenfield, DSLCC and VWCC offer a variety of credit courses, non-credit classes and customized pre-employment and workforce development programs to meet the training needs of local businesses and industries. Information about the hours of operation or specific DSLCC offerings at the Greenfield Center may be obtained by calling the main campus at 540/863-2815.
