Discover the incredible rewards of Yoga from Pawan Kumar, a native of India who has been practicing Yoga for many years. Yoga, a light exercise with great advantages, is a method of learning that strives to attain the unity of mind, body and spirit through three main Yoga structures: exercise, breathing and meditation. This fundamental class is fun, meaningful, safe and easy to follow. Poses enhance strength, balance, breathing and relaxation while giving you a sense of focused calm. Bring a blanket, mat or large towel.
