Spanish for Health Care Workers and Rescue Personnel (Rockbridge Area)

This course is designed for nurses, nurses’ aides, rescue workers, law enforcement personnel, or anyone in the health care field who needs to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients, clients or co-workers. The instructor, a native of Mexico, has lived in this country for over 45 years and has been an EMT for 18 of those years. He is also a licensed first aid instructor and serves as vice president of the Clifton Forge Rescue Squad. (Note: This course is also being taught on Thursday evenings on the main campus in Clifton Forge.)
