This is a continuation of the Cake Decorating I class conducted by Beverly Taylor in the spring of 2005 and 2006. They also learned to how to ice it without crumbs being in the final product; designed and made flowers, leaves, borders, garlands and basket weaving; and manipulated the consistency of icing to accomplish the desired result.

*Anyone who has taken a cake decorating class with Mrs. Taylor and owns the cake decorating kit is welcome to register for this more advanced class. The kit may be purchased at Flor-Kab in Covington for $22.50; see Judy Clark, Non-Credit coordinator, at 863-2863 for details.
