Linda Rose Scholarship

This Scholarship was established by the DSLCC Classified Staff Standing Committee to assist with tuition expenses for DSLCC students taking at least three (3), but not more than eleven (11), credit hours and who are employed on a part-time basis for at least twenty (20) hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

    1.  Must have successfully completed at least 6 hours of college credit at DSLCC


    2. Must Be enrolled in DSLCC for at lest 3 credit hours for the semester in which the         applicant is being considered


    3.    Must Have a minimum 2.50 GPA

PROCEDURES:

Please include the following along with a completed application form:

 

    1.  Short essay on your career goals--where do you see yourself in five years?

    2.  Two letters of recommendation (letters from family members are unacceptable)

    3.  Official DSLCC transcript

 

    4. Letter from employer verifying number of hours per week applicant is employed
